    This elegant brunch recipe options recent asparagus, creamy burrata, and a touch of herb pesto, all baked to golden perfection. It’s a seasonal showstopper that’s surprisingly easy to make!

    Servings: 6

    • Preheat the oven to 375 levels.

    • In a medium bowl, whisk collectively the eggs, cream, parmesan, salt and pepper.

    • Add the olive oil to an oven-safe skillet over medium warmth. Add the asparagus and saute for 3-4 minutes.

    • Pour the egg combination over the asparagus and prepare dinner on the range for one more 2-3 minutes or till the sides are set.

    • Fastidiously put the skillet within the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or till puffed and browned.

    • Take away from the oven and prime with torn burrata and a drizzle of pesto. Serve heat.

    Refrigerate leftovers in an hermetic container for as much as 3 days. Reheat within the oven or microwave.
