Crunchy Coleslaw Recipe. Nice as a facet with BBQs or in a picnic, you may even use dairy-free mayo if you happen to favor. This coleslaw is so good, you’ll maintain coming again to this recipe repeatedly!

Components:
- 400g white cabbage
- 1 entire crimson onion
- 2 spring onions
- 2 medium carrots
- Handful of parsley/coriander for a twist
- 250ml Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp full fats mayonnaise
- drizle of Further Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 recent lemon or lime
- 2 tbsp grainy mustard
- sprinkle of sea salt
- freshly floor pepper
- a sprinkle of chilli flakes (my children favor with out so made right here like that however my husband likes it with tons in addition to a touch of Tabasco for additional warmth.
Methodology:
Finely slice the white cabbage, crimson onions and spring onions. Grate the carrots. Finely chop the parsley. Add to a medium sized serving bowl. In one other bowl combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, oil. lemon and mustard and add to the veg combine. Season with salt and pepper. Fast and straightforward, I do know you’ll love this yummy coleslaw!
