    • 400g tiger prawn prawns, de-shelled
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • Salt & pepper to season

    Warmth the olive oil in a big pan on a medium warmth, add the garlic and cook dinner till mushy.

    Add the risotto rice and fry for two minutes. Add the white wine, stirring it into the rice till all of the liquid is absorbed.
